William Nelson

William "Bill" Nelson, not to be confused with the country-western artist, Willie, is a gem in every way. He serves as senior director of volunteer services, which basically means he responsible for ensuring every review is staffed with the most incredible lead evaluators and team members. Of course, he doesn't do it all by himself. It definitely takes a team of incredible people, but he is the one responsible for making his team incredible. It starts at the top. Bill's kind, caring demeanor and supportive ways are modeled in his actions; thus, others take note and replicate. That's the beauty of powerful, positive leadership and an amazing team!  To easily sum it up....BILL is AWESOME!! We are lucky to have him at Cognia! 💕
