Piasa Lady Birds Basketball

What a blessing to get a season in this year, the year of the pandemic! Kudos to those leaders out there whose advocacy helped make it happen! What is so impressive is the resiliency of the Piasa Lady Birds. I must admit that the girls on the other teams demonstrate the same resiliency. It's just so impressive! Here they are running up and down the court, taking shots, running the offense and defense, and all the while in masks. Here they are just a' smiling! They are happy to be together and on the court. They are illustrating grit, stamina, attitude, and class! They are illustrating the spirit of goodness, too. Every one of them models what we all should embrace - AWESOMENESS! They've got it and it shows in all they do! Piasa Birds are truly AWESOME! 💛
