Recently many Cognia analysts and coordinators came together to engage in a Professional Learning Community (PLC).  They shared some of their own experiences, adding why Cognia is an excellent place to work. Those stories were moving. The most beautiful outcome from this PLC is getting to learn a bit more about those with whom we work. Relationship development is the most important piece to creating a positive work climate. It was obvious this group of exemplary professionals enjoyed working together. So impressed by this group of humans who go beyond for those they serve. Incredible, amazing, spectacular - and most definitely AWESOME!! 💕
